We were established as a business in 1966 by Mr Harry Bates with an investment of £1000.00 and began selling plumbing materials and solid fuel appliances.

With the support from manufacturers and trade customers Harry Bates then became the leading bathroom distributor and plumbers merchant in the North West and Greater Manchester area with his aim of providing quality products and service.

Harry bates is still a family run business and our aim is to provide that personal touch to customer service.
